What we collect
When you buy a product: your email and payment details (handled entirely by Dodo Payments — we never see or store card numbers). When you use the readiness quiz or lead-magnet form: your email, optionally your first/last name, the freelance skills you select, and your quiz answers/scores.
How we use it
To deliver what you purchased or requested, to send relevant follow-up emails (for example, tailoring quiz-related content to the areas you scored lowest on), and to respond if you contact us.
Third parties
Dodo Payments processes all payments as our payment processor and merchant of record. If Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled, Google receives anonymized conversion events (purchase value, currency, and a transaction ID) — no personal details beyond what Google's tag itself collects.
Cookies & tracking
We use sessionStorage (not a tracking cookie) to avoid double-reporting the same purchase to Google Ads. If the Google Ads tag is configured, it may set its own cookies per Google's standard behavior.
Data retention & your rights
We keep lead and purchase data as long as needed to operate the business. Email hello@myskillforge.dev to request access to or deletion of your data.
Children's privacy
Our products aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
